TERMS & CONDITIONS
LAST REVIEWED: 04 JANUARY 2026
POLICY REVIEW DATE: 04 JANUARY 2027
At P3 Performing Arts, we want every student to feel happy and confident in their classes. That’s why we offer trial sessions before you commit to a full term, ensuring you and your child can make the best decision without any pressure.
TRIALS
P3 Stage School (ages 7–18):
We offer a free first trial session and the option of a second trial session for £15 (at any date of your choosing).
P3 Toddlers (ages 3–6):
We offer a free first trial session, giving little ones the chance to try us out before committing to a term.
AFTER ENROLMENT
Once the term has started, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, as places have already been allocated and running costs committed.
However, in cases of serious illness or exceptional circumstances, please get in touch and we will always do our best to support you.
MISSED SESSIONS
As fees are charged per month, we are unable to offer refunds for missed sessions.
Where possible, and with sufficient notice, we may offer:
-
a make-up session (if available), or
-
a credit in exceptional circumstances
This is offered at our discretion.
SIBLING DISCOUNT
For families enrolling in P3 Stage School (ages 7–18), we offer 50% off fees for siblings.
FEES & PAYMENTS
P3 Performing Arts tuition fees are calculated on an annual basis and are payable for the full academic year. Our annual tuition fee is £750, covering 39 weeks of tuition per year, plus a £12 administration charge.
The total annual cost is therefore £762 per student, with the administration charge spread across the academic year.
For convenience, payments are collected in monthly instalments of £63.50. This monthly amount is a payment arrangement for the annual tuition fee and does not mean that tuition is charged on a per-month or per-session basis.
Fees are calculated based on the full academic year and are not reduced or refunded for individual sessions missed by a student.
Where a monthly payment arrangement has been agreed, payments will be collected in accordance with the agreed schedule.
Failure to make payment by the due date may result in your child’s place being placed under review. Continued attendance at P3 Performing Arts confirms acceptance of these payment terms.
If you are experiencing any difficulties with payment, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We are always happy to discuss this in confidence and find a solution where possible.
PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
From time to time, photos and videos may be taken during sessions for use in promotional materials and social media.
If you do not wish for your child to be included, please inform us in writing.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Parents/carers must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs that may affect participation.
While all reasonable care is taken, P3 Performing Arts cannot be held responsible for injuries sustained during sessions.
COLLECTION & SUPERVISION
Children must be dropped off and collected promptly at the start and end of each session.
P3 Performing Arts cannot be responsible for children outside of class times.
BEHAVIOUR
We expect all students to behave respectfully towards staff and other students.
In rare cases of persistent disruptive behaviour, we reserve the right to withdraw a student from classes.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
We reserve the right to make changes to class times, dates, or venues where necessary.
In the event of a cancellation by us, a suitable alternative, credit, or rescheduled session will be offered where possible.
EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
P3 Performing Arts cannot be held liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather, venue closures).
Where possible, alternative arrangements will be made.
GENERAL
A child’s place is only secured once booking is confirmed and/or payment is received.
We’re a small school and truly value your support. Our policies are designed to keep things fair and sustainable for everyone, while making sure your child has every chance to thrive at P3 Performing Arts.
Yours sincerely,
Deejay Brogan
